Pros: Great phone at a reasonable price. Cons: No caller ID screen on base.
In 1876 Ralph Graham Bell, cousin to famous inventor Alexander, invented a device by which two people could communicate with one another from feet if not yards apart. This apparatus was created by connecting two tin cans together with a piece of string....
Pros: inexpensive, good features, easy to use Cons: none
Sometimes I wonder how we were able to function before the advent of the cordless telephone. If I am not able to walk around, I am simply unable to talk on the phone! There are so many advantages to having a cordless phone provided you have one...
Pros: Caller ID, comfortable to hold, green backlit display Cons: buttons get a little weak over a long period of time
I bought this phone, since my 3 year old sprints started getting interference where ever I walked in the house and picked this little gem up for $30 at best buy. //The phone// The phone works excellent. I can easily understand what people are saying ...
Pros: Good sound quality and headset with caller Id Cons: none
The phone is an excellent value and at a great price for a cordless phone and answering machine. This unit is very affordable and comes with many features. You can get it in Black or White. Here are some of the great features to help you decide.

Pros: Price/features ratio, purported talk and standby times Cons: intermittant signal quality
I got a VTech when they first came out with 900Mhz digital for $100 and that was years ago. In that time there has been a lot of time for improvement. So the experience I've had with this Uniden while by no means terrible I don't find particularly...
I brought this phone to use at college and it has worked like a charm so far.
The most important factor to me about this phone was that I could hear and understand it on my hearing aids. Even though the box does not say that it is...
Good Phone with Answering machine by kirsib ,Jan 01 '07
Pros: design, simple to use Cons: after several years of use, problems with charging
We've had this unit for several years in use. The phone itself is well designed and light and you have easy way to adjust the volume in the receiver. The answering machine is simple and takes plenty of messages.
Lately we've had issue with phone charging, if you do not position it just right, it does not charge. But it has been used for a long time!
I was very pleased with this purchase, value is there and quality.
Pros: Answering machine works and caller ID Cons: TOO much static in the phone ...
This phone is worse than my old cobra.. I always get static on the line even when I change channels.. No matter what I do it's terrible. I have been using my corded phones , because of the static.. The only thing it's good for it the answering machine and the caller ID
Pros: Easy to use, programmable memory with names, sturdy, good range, answering machine is excellent Cons: There is a problem with the handset. The hearing component is faulty (I think)
I have had a general good experience using this phone. The call timer is great since I work from home and need to account for my phone calling.
I bought the phone because it has an answering machine included for a very good price. The answering machine has worked fine.
My only complaint is that during a conversation, it becomes difficult to hear. The person I'm speaking to seems to fade in and out. I'm actually going to bring the phone back and try a different one of the same kind.
By the way, the model number on the box is actually EX AI 3078.
I purchased this phone for... by fairymom_dt3000 ,Feb 07 '03
I purchased this phone for my daughter when she moved into her apartment (this was the beginning of November, 2002). Last week the phone stopped charging. We checked the battery pack which was fine and cleaned the contacts.
On the round display in the middle of the base unit the contact light goes on and off (indicating bad contact for charging). I don't have the box the phone came in or the receipt
(I purchased it at Target in Burbank, CA). I don't feel that this phone should be non-usable already. It has not been dropped or abused in any way. What can we do. I paid between $50 and $60 dollars for it - kind of like throwing the money away. Need to have it checked at no charge, where can I do this?
