Pros: Works well, helps achieve nice quality sleep. Relaxing. Claims to be non-habit-forming. Cons: You might still be a little drowsy the next day. Could be addictive.
Like most people, from time to time I have trouble sleeping. Of course the best remedy for this is getting some good old fashioned exercise during the day and not eating 2-3 hours before bedtime, or sipping a glass of warm milk or tea, but for the times ...

Good product, just be careful!

Pros: It works like it advertises. Cons: The drowsy feeling can potentially creep up on you the next day.
I've used the softgels 50 mg. They do work good without knocking you out cold. My only concern is, I woke up the next day feeling rested and about a few hours later, I was pretty drowsy again. It kinda creeped up on me and I had to lay down.
Are they addictive? In my own opinion, I think they could be for someone who has battled addiction before. Just use caution.
