Pros: It could do a lot of stuff. Cons: Who wants to do all that stuff? It's way to complicated.
I hate the Nokia 3285. It will do all sorts of things, but I can never remember what buttons to push in what order to make it do all that stuff. Plus, it is always doing stuff that I don’t want it to do. It is an evil little phone that makes me look...
Pros: small, light weight, all around good phone. Cons: I haven't found any yet, I will edit if I do.
My first very own cell phone (I usually didn’t need one, so would use my husbands if I had the need), happens to be this little gem. We’ve owned a cell phone for about ten years now, and have only went through three, this being the fourth. I first went...
Pros: Thinner, compatible with accessories (mostly) Cons: Not quite compatible with all old accessories, battery life
It's clearly that the 3285 is basically an improved version of the venerable 51xx series. They went back to the two button (on/off) design, made the phone thinner by about 30%, added more Internet capabilities, and voila, you have the 3285.
Pros: CDMA Technology Allows Connectivity To Laptop, Faceplates, Lithium Polymer Battery Capable Cons: Confusing Menus, Not As Feature Rich As Other Models, Not Very User Friendly
I would like to preface this review by mentioning that I have worked in the corporate sales department of Verizon Wireless for over six years now. I have dealt with every model that Verizon/AirTouch has carried during that time and have heard extensive...
Pros: Lightweight, good battery, easy to use Cons: None yet...
A friend of mine recently bought this phone, and I used it for two days so I could set everything up for her. I put it to good use for those two days, to make sure it worked like it was suppose to.
Pros: lightweight, easily portable, large number of ringtones Cons: misleading display, poor call quality
I purchased this phone just under a year ago as an upgrade on my cellular plan. I had been using the Nokia 252 but wanted a phone with digital capabilities, as the analog network just isn't as good.
Pros: Very slick and attractive, portible, lightweight, Ringtones, faceplates,Good sound quality...ect Cons: Not many faceplates are out in stores and malls yet..No other Cons
I got this phone about a month ago after a signing w/ a contract with Alltel. I paid 50 dollars for the phone.. I think it is totally worth the money, and seriously, I would have paid 200 dollars for the phone if I didn't get a slick deal on it. Anyways...
Pros: Pull-Out Antenna, Tri-Mode, WebBrowser and Text Msging Enabled Cons: "Lags" (Explained in Review)
I got this phone about a month ago, this is my 2nd cellphone, the first being the Nokia 5160i. I received this phone free with a 2-year package deal, although it retails for $350.00 CAD ($220 USD).
Pros: Nothing special. I suppose it is a typical cell phone. Cons: Keylock necessary to prevent unwanted calls. Needs side volume adjustment.
Despite being a computer geek for a living, only last week did I finally join the cell-phone owning masses. Since I don't expect to use it a great deal, I got this phone, which was Alltel's current "free" model.
Pros: Clear sound, easy to understand features, inexpensive Cons: only 30 calendar entries
This is my first cell phone. There are so many different technologies and options that I wanted to get it right since I planned to sign a 2-year lease.
I researched cell phones, service providers, and various cell phone technologies...
Pros: Cool style, great battery life, extremely clear, easy to use! Cons: Although the phone itself accepts ringtones, you CAN'T get them if you're a Verizon Customer!
Well, after debating for a year, I finally decided to enter the world of the cellular phone. I decided to go with Verizon for service - the Nokia phone that works with Verizon is the 3285. There was another phone I could have gotten free, but after...
Pros: Good size, easy navigation, changeable faceplates in fun colors Cons: Sound quality is below average, drops calls frequently, not many aftermarket addons
I've been a loyal Nokia user for about five years, and have tested a pretty wide range of thier phones. I've used the 5160, 5170, 6185, and have recently added the 3285 to the list. I've been most satisfied with the 6185, but when the 3285 came out, I...
Pros: Fair soud quality, Cool color face plates, It's a Nokia, Please read for more Cons: The web browser, placing a call, Please read for more
I bought my first cell phone in June 2001. It was a Nokia 5185i, and I loved it. It was a great phone, but I really wanted one of the Nokia's with the calender and mini browser. I will write about the 5185 soon.
Pros: Nice feel, easy to dial, clear large printout, changeable ring tones, tri mode Cons: none
Verizon Wireless replaces cell phones every 2 years so I got the new tri mode 3285 vs a Kyocera 2185. I asked the clerk to charge it so we can see the display & play with it a bit. Instant love!!!! Kyocera lost when neither of their 2 phones would...
