While upgrading our computer systems, we purchase a new scanner to replace a HP Scan Jet 4370. Now the HP wasn't that bad of a scanner, but the new Xerox DocuMate 152 Scanner that we have can do far more in a quicker time period. As far as scanners go, ...

Pros: The automatic document feeder and the wide variety of settings.
Cons: The setup is a little confusing. The warm-up takes a while.

I use this scanner every day at the office, probably scanning 100 pages per day on average. I use it for paperless filing and to edit documents. It is an essential piece of equipment and works reliably.
