Cons: So so has a normal cordless phone but useless for Skype.

I bought this phone 2 months ago and paid $89 cnd dollars for it but it doesn't work very well with Skype.
It doesn't ring when you get a Skype phone call.
You can't use it to answer a Skype in call, it is silent you don't hear anything.
It's very hard to get your messages in your Skype Voicemail.
The buttons on the phone don't respond all the time, you sometime have to press 2 or 3 time on them to answer a normal call.
In the dark the information on the screen are nearly unreadable.
There is no additional supports on Vtech website for this phone

Pros: Works OK with XP and older versions of Skype.
Cons: Will not work with Vista or Skype 4.XX or newer
Vtech support nonexistant

Bought this to work with my Skype out subscription. Worked only with my old XP computer and only up to Skype 3.8 versions. Will not work at all now with the newer Skype versions 4.xx. Buy this only if you want a dust collector as Vtech will not support their products.
