Poor Customer Service/Terms by ilaichi ,Jul 17 '09
Pros: The quality and coverage of the data service were OK. Cons: Made to pay even for the days I wasn't using the service.
After being a customer for 2.5 years (data service on built-in laptop wireless WAN card) I decided to cancel service because I was getting a new laptop. I was told that I could not cancel it immediately. The service will stop at the end of the billing cycle and I have to pay for that whole period even though I won't be using the service.
