Pros: Comfortable sleep, No flipping! Delivery drivers were curteous and timely. knowledgeable staff.

We purchased the Verlo Vitality Queen set for my husband September 30, 2008. He had a very firm mattress and box spring set for many years and I finally convinced him to try a Verlo set since I bought my Verlo Princess set several years ago and love it! We got a very reasonable sale price and free delivery and set up. The mattress
does not need to be flipped monthly, only turned. The covers on both pieces are beautiful, soft and easy to care for. Everyone we dealt with were very helpful, and knowledgeable. A complete purchase pleasure.

We purchased a Queen Canterbury Mattress set from Verlo in Green Bay,WI, in February 2009.  Our whole experience was excellent.  The store manager was very helpful and gave us an excellent price on the mattress.  The mattress was delivered within one week and when we wanted the mattress made softer, Verlo came and picked up the mattress within one week and we got it back the same day.  We were very pleased.

Pros: Every night is a great nights sleep.
Cons: Can't wait to go to bed:)

Best mattress EVER. Love it. It is so comfortable. The pillow top is so soft. Personally I love a soft mattress, this is the softest. I have always had a great experience with the Verlo company. Fabulous service. Great product. I will only buy Verlo mattresses!

Pros: The latex foam memory pads are very supportive and comfortable.

We try to support local business and this is our 3rd major mattress purchase from Verlo. Sales personnel are knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision.

Pros: It fits just right in the bedframe and I sleep much better.
Cons: I have no negative comments.  I think the service and materials are as advertised.

I also have a queen waterbed frame with underdresser.  I live near a Verlo store and had looked quite awhile ago.  My mattress was old and hurt my back.  I decide to buy from Verlo since they make the mattress to order so I would fit the bedframe.  Plus I didn't need a box spring.  It didn't take long for my order.

Cons: You may need to order ahead so the mattress can be made on site.

My bed insert is for the guest bedroom and I was looking for something at an affordable price. The minute I stepped in the door of my Verlo store the salesperson steered me right to the product in the price range I was looking for.  He did not try to oversell me and I was sold.  I would buy from Verlo again.  Oh and my guests loved their accommodations.
