Now that drug users have forced Vick's and other companies to remove the one ingredient that relieved the stuffy nose symptom (pseudoephedrine) the once "all you need medicine" is no longer the same. If this is the relief that you are searching for, Nyquil is not the answer.

Cons: Kept me wide awake nearly the whole night long

So, I hear that NyQuil is supposed to be a wonder drug that will knock you out for the whole night when you have a cold. Not quite! It kept me wired all night long. I did go to sleep for about 40 minutes after I took it, but then once the drugs started to kick in, I woke up wired and my heart was pounding. I was wide awake and couldn't get back to sleep until 3AM.

I am writing this now the morning after and I am still miserable from my cold and suffering from only getting 3 hours of off and on sleep last night.
