Bought one thing for my wife, and then didn't receive the bill. The next bill had a $20 late fee plus 27% interest rate.

i was very disappointed with VS customer service. the people there are very rude. i called in to find out why i had outstanding late fees when i was very sure that i had paid the full amount when the first statement came in.

but paying statements online is ridiculous, i ended up just cancelling my card after having it for two or so years for the very reason of being so disappointed with their customer service.

I had a very negative experience with this card. I was offered this card at the cashier when buying a product at VS. It was not made clear to me that this was an actual credit card. The cashier entered my address incorrectly and I never received the card nor any statement.

6 months later I was reviewing my credit report and I found out that I had a $160 balance with them, from a purchase of $ 32! The balance quadrupled in just 4 months! Plus I never knew that I had a credit card with them because the VS employee entered my address incorrectly.

Now I have been trying to call them to send me a copy of the statement and close the card, and misteriously I have called already twice, updated my address, but after 3 weeks the new statement has not yet arrived.

This has been a nightmare for me, my credit was affected and now it's being difficult to get any document from them. A big hassle for a $32.00 purchase.

World Financial Network National Bank deals in unfair billing practices.  I was charged late fees for a $6.99 balance that I was not aware of and they started calling me non-stop on a daily basis.  They tacked on late fees from 2/09 to 05/09 and told me that they were sending me email notifications (which I never received)..  This also was on my credit report.  The only way I got this resolved (immediately) was to agree to pay $61.36 in late fees and then they would contact the credit bureau and have it taken on the report.  I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission as well as the Better Business Bureau and cancelled the card.  Every website that I can go to and write about their unfair billing practices will be my goal.  I ended up paying $61.36 for late fees..   Do not get this credit card...  They are evil!
