Pros: The manufacturer is making lots of money, and the vendor probably is too.
Cons: Total junk with poor prospects of reconciliation with the manufacturer. A waste of $$.
This product is less than garbage. It is poorly designed with flimsy wooden shelves that don't fit properly. Fortunately sanding the edges made a difference but they still stick. The space between the shelves is minimal making it impossible to get the ...

Quit just in time

Pros: It is very attractive.
Cons: It malfunctioned inside 90 days, which in my opinion, is junk, especially at $199.
My husband purchased this wine cooler from Best Buy online for $199 on 12/8/08. During early Feb.'09, he noticed the temperature would not stay as he had set it. The lower portion was set at 62-63, but it would decrease to 52, 43, etc. I called Vinotemp in Ca., they said it sounded like the control board was malfunctioning and to exchange it at Best Buy. The warranty is for 90 days only. We took it back to Best Buy and they happily gave us credit on our credit card and commented that we would not have been able to exchange it at the store since it was originally purchased online. While that is perplexing, we were not interested in buying another one of these coolers.

VinoTemp wine cooler

Pros: Looks good.
Cons: Does NOT cool, should only be considered for use as a rack!
I have had two. Neither will cool below 10 degrees ambient. VinoTemp was not at all helpful. After replacement of the first I gave up and use it as only a rack!
