Great for Tennis Enthusiasts, but No Online Capability
by chartchaiganan ,Aug 14 '07
Pros: Graphics, gameplay, mini games Cons: Music and no online play
I'm a fan of the Virtua Tennis series. The overall gameplay is standard as it has been and fast paced. It offers great challenges, a great amount of players, and the number of mini games available. The music can get a little bit repetitive because it just loops over and over no matter how long the match is. There's a great amount of stages and the action sequences are superb. The graphics are amazing and look surreal. There is one stage that is a bit awkward because the court is hot pink. The one thing that I find irritating is the fact that there is no online play. This irritates me so much because I would love the fact that I would be able to play with fellow tennis enthusiasts that might be around my neighborhood, in another state, or across the globe.
