Volkl Vertigo Motion with Motion 1200 Binding

Pros: Does (almost) everything a "normal" expert skier would ask of it.
Cons: Poorly concieved matching or Marker's Motion binding, stiff tail causes excessive "chatter".

I've taken this ski out several times to write a review, and as I've noticed that it is still among the most searched-for models, I reviewed my notes to create this. Keep in mind, this model is no longer a current Vokl offering, and subsequent models ...

Pros: Great all mountain ski
Cons: Not as quick or stiff as the p60

This is a high quality all mountain ski. It holds up well in all conditions. They are relativly maneuverable and hold up very well at speed. The motion bindings are the best bindings I have ever skied on.

Pros: strong carves and smooth
Cons: not so stable at "high speed"

i have been skiing this for a couple of years now and it is a blast... 40 year old X-racer... i love to carve it up and these babies do that... but they are not race skis so when i get up to mach 1 or 2 they do get a little squirly... as do i though... volkl makes a great ski... you pay for it but we're worth it... you can't go wrong... i am dieing to get on the tigershark...
