Pros: Saves space, pretty small and black color--doesn't show dirt like a white phone.
Cons: Headset keeps falling off the base! Caller id screen could be bigger.

I have had this phone for about a month now and am very satisfied. My 2nd phone by my computer desk/home office broke and was corded, I then bought this cordless and does a great job. It has some neat features such as message notification (a beep every few seconds that I had to shut off, but comes in handy when you walk in the door) and a phone directory. They are easy to use. I love the fact that is it a cordless phone, caller ID and answering machine all in one. As a small unit, it saves a ton of space than if you had all 3 separate. The reception is fine, loud and clear, with no static or hearing anyone else's conversation. The receiver has a good feel to it as well.
