Pros: Fast painting of walls and ceilings. One coat coverage.
Cons: A pain to clean. Paint waste. Chance of making a big mess if not careful.

Summary: The Wagner Power Roller is a great time saving device for those needing to paint more than one or two walls or ceilings. If you're looking to doing a whole house (or apartment) paint job, its worth the price. It should only be used with latex paints. The ... read more

Pros: Works well when you learn flow rate.
Cons: Clean up is a real chore
    Edger not very good
    Handle rest not good

Summary: I bought a Power Roller with the backpack 15 years ago. It was nice not to have a paint tray and to keep going up and down a ladder. It was a PAIN to clean up...took a good 30 minutes. I used it 2x and that was enough. I got the urge to paint one wall ... read more

Pros: Applies paint fast! Don't need paint trays or ladder.
Cons: Hard to use in small rooms or around trim. Cleanup is tough.

Summary: My wife frequently gets the urge to make some changes to the house, which usually leads to my having to carry out those changes. I have spent countless hours painting every room in our house more than once. I tried reasoning with her, but when that ... read more

Pros: Easy to assemble, easy to operate
Cons: Wastes paint, messy, difficult to get regulated properly, drips, poor splatter guard design

Summary: I'm 46, been painting (non professionally) for 30 years, always looking for an easier way. Saw the Wagner Power Roller on sale at Home Depot, thought I'd give it a go. Mistake. A bigger piece of crap I haven't seen - I don't know what country this is ... read more

Summary: I had seen the great looking advertisement on TV so I bought both the 929 and 959 power rollers at the same time from Lowes to paint the interior of my house. The paint does not come out of the holes in the roller consistently, I had to go over the same ... read more

Summary: I've had my Wagner for a couple of years. It's the type of tool that you only pull out for big jobs. It makes quick work of painting walls and ceilings. The problem is that you don't want to use it to paint just one room due to the extensive cleanup ... read more

Pros: Speeds up large paint rolling jobs
Cons: Time consuming to clean when job is complete or if it will not work.

Summary: Great for speeding up a large job. Bad do to cleanup on small jobs. Had 2 years worked 1st year, not working second year. Unit is clean and was cleaned out properly but now it does not pump. There are no holes in the lines. The pump spins but it will
