Pros: Affordable, Powerful for its price range, easy to clean, moderate vibration, non-staining, stylish look Cons: A little noisy
I purchased my Waring Health Juice Extractor at a popular warehouse outlet for $49 (I don't know if I'm allowed to say the store name on here but it begins with a C, ends with an O, and has a OSTC in between - har har). Years ago I had purchased a...
Pros: Good price, good quality Cons: Leaves some juice behind, leaks a bit and takes time to clean up
I bought this juicer after reading very positive reviews on this web site and I am starting to wonder whether some of them were written by people who work for the manufacturer. My impression is fairly positive, but this juicer does not deserve the rave...
Pros: Works well, extracts a lot of juice, fun to use Cons: Messy, lots of plastic parts, requires some finesse to use properly
I suppose you could say that I married this juicer - or, more accurately, I married the guy who owned this juicer. I was introduced to the Waring juicer on one of our first dates when my husband-to-be brought along some of his freshly made apple-carrot ...
Pros: small footprint, cheap Cons: clean up difficult, thick pulpy juice, wet pulp, small chute
I purchased this juicer off ebay for $5 and $9 shipping, so for the fourteen bucks, I shouldn't really complain. I bought it to take back to grad school with me so I can leave my other juicers, too bulky and big for a dorm, with my hubby. For the ...
Pros: Powerful, well designed, fast juicer. Cons: A little noisy, a little difficult to clean, no external pulp ejector.
This is probably the 4th juicer I have owned and the most powerful. My last juicer was the LeQuip Model 221 juicer ($200 list). The Waring is better. It is well made, has a very cool design, is easy to take apart and assemble, and has great fit quality ...
Pros: Easy to clean, good juice Cons: Loud, not very durable, horrible warranty service
I bought this juicer in July 2004 (just over 3 months ago). I've used it every morning since I got it. It's a nice looking brushed aluminum and black machine, that comes apart for easy cleaning. From beginning to end (washing my fruits and vegetables, ...
Pros: Great price. Easy to use. Looks great! Cons: None.
I've been looking to start juicing for sometime now, you know, to get healthy and all! I researched all over the place and had a few products in mind, ranging from $100 to $250. I tried snagging a juicer on Ubid but they often have reserve prices set...
Pros: Looks good, makes juice, great price Cons: Messy, waste collection area fills up quickly
I bought this Juicer at Best Buy for 80 dollars. For the money, I would recommend this juicer, but there surely are better models out there. I bought this product because I am experimenting with the concept of a raw food diet. So I am trying to find ...
Pros: Looks great Cons: Very Bulky, Break Down Quickly, Produces Less Juice than other juicers
Lasted a whopping 1 1/2 month. That should say it all. If you wanted something beautiful to look at in your stainless steel kitchen, buy this product. If you wanted a functional juicer, stay away. First the plastic lip that locks the waste ...
Pros: Average performance for the price range. Cons: Loud
Kind of bulky.
I've had the Waring Health Juice Extractor for almost a year now. It was in a closet for about 4 months of that time and wasn't used but I missed my juice. This machine is on par with other inexpensive juicers on the market. It will extract a good ...
Pros: Good warranty. Simple to use, quiet, does not take up much room on your countertop. Cons: Cost is a bit pricey compared to the manual hand crank type ice crushers.
The Waring Pro IC70 ice crusher is a very quiet electric machine. It is also a very smart stainless steel and black ice crusher. If you don't overload the ice chute with ice cubes, you won't have any problems with the machine jamming. You should drop ...
Pros: Relatively easy cleanup. Sleek styling. Cons: Leaky. Spits fruit back out the chute.
My mom has a Champion juicer, and since she swears by it, that was my first choice, but this one was at our local Sam's Club for only $50 so we thought we would give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by it's performance. It wasn't even as loud as I ...
Pros: Easy to use
Easy to clean
Makes a lot of juice Cons: Takes up a good amount of counter space
This juicer was a bargain at $60.00 at Kohls Department store. It is durable and powerful. I was truly surprised at the amout of juice that it produced. This is my first juicer and I really researched my options. I liked the design of this better than...
Pros: Easy to clean, efficient and easy to use. Cons: The price is steep, but I've paid more for less with other brand juicers.
This is the best juicer I've ever owned. Other reviews state that it's noisy, but it's far quieter than our oster blender. There's just one toggle switch on the side of the unit. Off/on. Very simple. The juicer is easily disassembled and a breeze to ...
Pros: Design, style, easy to use and clean, small size. Cons: Durability and small feeder tube, must chop up items to juice
I purchased this juicer, for 39.00 shipped, and I love the ease of use: clean up is quick and easy, and the juice is pretty good quality...not as much pulp as other juicers. It is very nice looking and small enough to leave out.The juice comes straight ...
Pros: The perfect size for 1 or 2 persons. Quick and easy to use. Cons: Very large carrots need to be cut in half. Most fit fine.
For only $50 bucks at Sam's Club, how can you go wrong? Sure there is a bit of noise, but it is not like you are going to use it for more than a few minutes at a time. You will want to drink the juice right after you make it, so for 1 or 2 people ...
Pros: Stainless Steel and Black plastic do not show coloring from fruit. Cons: None
Great buy, a great way to start putting something healthy into your body. Real durable so far, doesn't look like it will ever break. Not much of a pain to clean out, takes a couple of minutes. Only you have to clean it immediately otherwise the...
Pros: Stylish, does the job, good value Cons: Noisy, tends to splash, ease of cleaning
I decided to buy a juicer to increase my intake of fruits and vegetables. So far so good, I'm still using my juicer. It's a big beast, so make sure you have a home on your counter. Fortunately, its stainless steel housing is quite stylish and coordinates...
Pros: High output, looks good, easy to clean Cons: Costing me a small fortune in fresh fruit & veg!
I've just bought one of these juicers in the UK and I must say I'm very impressed. Even though it cost £109 ($155) compared to as little as $60 as one reviewer in the US paid I still consider it to be great value. It has a really solid feel about it...
I purchased the Waring Juice extractor from a warehouse store. It was cheap and is easy to use, but the hopper opening is small and crescent shaped. The unit is slightly utilitarian looking, with a brushed stainless steel look to it. You will have to...
Pros: Fast and easy with powerful performance. Cons: Strainer screen hard to clean.
With me working 2nd shift, it has been a challange to eat properly. I decided to buy a juice extractor. It would give me healthy drinks, easy to take to work. I did tons of research on looks, power, price, etc. and decided on this one. I like the...

Underpowered, small capacity by qz9d2t ,Mar 31 '04
Pros: Easy to take apart and clean. Cons: Underpowered, loud, small capacity
This was my first juicer and it didn't last too long. It is easy to clean and having the pulp stored inside is probably a great feature if you are doing small amounts at a time. For me, I would like to bottle some up for the next day as well as make enough for a family of 4 and I found the pulp area full after only 32 oz of juice. The motor seems underpowered and can really bog on larger carrots although it handled apples and pears fine. Also, the screen seems on the small side and required cleaning frequently which is why my pulp seemed way too wet. It does seem durable and I like the 32 oz metal cup. Loud.
Pros: Durable, easy to clean, great juice! Cons: none
I researched many juicers..and decided on this one from the great reviews on this site. This is very easy to clean...especially if you use a flexible head toothbrush to clean the steel mesh filter. It juices great! Do note, thought...it is not for citrus.
great juicer and great price by chinchillabutt ,Nov 26 '03
Pros: easy to clean and nice size cup Cons: can leak at the top seam.
I'm happy with this juicer. my only complaints are that it leaks at the seam and it can blow juice pieces out the top
while juicing. because of this i have to clean it and the area around it immediately after juicing. otherwise, it does what it's made for.
I saw this juicer at Costco today for $29.00 and had to think twice. This was an impulse buy - I hadn't planned on buying a juicer and had hated cleaning the one my parents owned a few years ago. After looking it over in the store and looking through the manual, I couldn't pass it by. I took it home and it works wonderfully! I'm a student who also works part time, so I don't have much time. If you want great juice for a couple of people at a reasonable price, this is the juicer for you!!!
Tried it, but glad I didn't buy it. by thingsemlikes ,Jan 19 '05
Pros: Does give you juice. Cons: Way too much wet, mushy pulp left behind.
I borrowed this juicer from a friend who got it for Xmas, but did not want it. I'm glad I tried, before I bought.
This is not a machine for the serious juicer. It leaves way too much mushy pulp behind. That to me is the main complaint. It is bulky, a bit noisy, but I could put up with all of that, if it worked the way I thought it would/should.
I saw all the rave reviews about this machine, that others wrote and I wonder about some of them.
If you want a juicer for occasional use, then I guess it would be OK, but if you juice daily and seriously, then look for a better machine.
Pros: powerful 400 watt motor, stainless steel-non staining juicer Cons: takes a bit of room on counter
I researched many different juicers on the market and this is the best for the price. It has a very powerful 400 watt motor. It cleans up very easily and I did not find that was very noisy at all. It does take up space on the counter but the stainless steel is a plus because it does not stain from the juice as other white plastic juicers can.
I found it handles the root veggies very well and a lot of juice is produced. Overall I am very satisfied for my first juicer and would recommend this to anyone.
Pros: easy to use and clean. Cons: I'm now a carrot juice junkie!
Being my first juicer, I have nothing to compare it to. However so far I'm pleased with it's performance. Clean-up seems pretty easy, again nothing to compare it to. On the whole I'm very happy with my purchase and so far have no complaints.
Pros: Easy to use. Easy to clean. Has as attractive a look. Cons: I wish it came with spare parts. Like and extra screen and set of blades.
If you told me years ago I would EVER be one of those people who owned one of these, I would have laughed. They just seemed like too much trouble. I am happy to admit I was wrong. I have had this one for about 2.5 years and love love love it. I have no other kinds to compare with, but I feel no need to change brands or models.
Okay for the price, but has its issues by marycam1 ,Feb 05 '05
Pros: Inexpensive and easy to use, good starter model Cons: leaks, clogs, messy, and not terribly powerful
Overall an okay machine for under $100. It leaks, leaves some juice behind, and can clog up. It is also a bit of a pain to clean. If you aren't sure you will use a juicer regularly, however, this is a good starter model to test it out in case it ends up collecting dust. If you know you will juice everyday for a long time, you might want to shell out for a better model.
Pros: Easy to Use, Easy clean up. Cons: Does not juice citrus and the feed tube is a little small.
This is a great juicer for the money. It's very fast and creates a quality juice, with very little pulp. This machine gets the maximum amount of juice from vegetables and fruit. The only con is that this juicer is not recommended for citrus fruit, like lemons and oranges. The feed tube is a little small, so some prep work is required.
Okay for the money, but a lot of juice still left in the pulp by teddysmum ,Feb 03 '08
Pros: good price. Attractive Cons: Doesn't get all the juice out.
I bought this at a big box store about 5 years ago for $50. It works okay, but the pulp inside is full of juice - very heavy. I'd imagine that's the difference between an expensive juicer and an inexpensive one - more juice in the cup than in the garbage.
Good Juicer!!! i love it!!! by patrixi0 ,Dec 09 '07
Pros: Beautiful Easy to clean. Has as attractive a look. Cons: none!
I am happy to admit I was wrong. I have had this one for about 3 month and love love love it. I have no other kinds to compare with, but I feel no need to change brands or models.
I would recommend this juicer... by jeanne_dt3000 ,Feb 12 '03
I would recommend this juicer due to it's price, durability and it being very easy to use. The one thing that I would love to see added is more recipes for fruit juices.
Amazon - Rudy Deals-BAD-can't juice apple slices by yor1lady ,Feb 14 '07
Pros: NOTHING! Cons: CANNOT JUICE APPLE SLICES,PEEL JAMS IT,RUDY DEALS CHARGES RESTOCKING FEE.
This waringJEX328 - was listed as amazon.com - new item.
It came with the label REFURBISHED PRODUCT WARRANTY - which is 90 days, not 1 year. BAD product!!
Amazon neglects to answer - and says Rudy Deals must answer - and Rudy Deals says they will charge a restocking charge.
If you put apple slices - as the opening is too small for 1/2 of an apple - it does not cut the apple peel and that jams the machine, and sends the rest of the apple out the sides.
It was listed as one that has a separate juice extractor place and it does not.
Rudy Deals will now have to tell their story to the credit card company as I refuse to pay amazon, and/or Rudy Deals for a product that was to be new - and REFURBISHED - IS NOT NEW, AND IT CANNOT HANDLE APPLE SLICES!
THEY SAID THE CUSTOMER HAS TO READ.
I say if it cannot handle apple slices for juice - for a juicer with 400 watts - then it is a bad bad product - and should be pulled from sale
I own it ,....but not satisfied! by whodunitinc ,Dec 13 '06
Pros: Fairly cheap Cons: Wasteful, messy and small slot.
My first juicer, and I think I'll need another, soon. Good on carrots and apples if you peel them first.Terrible with soft high water content food. But overall too much prep required on the food, way small slot and too much juice wasted.Creates a wicked amount of foam too.
