 Stay as far away as you can from any Water Pik products.
Recently purchased the Ultra 100, specifically to use the Pik Pocket nozzle for my gums. After less than 30 days use, the nozzle cracked.  Contacted customer service about this problem, and they refused to replace the Pik Pocket nozzle and told me to order from their online store.  They retail the item for $8.99 for a two pack-unbelievable to me that they would not make good on their defective product and replace a part that costs $4.50.
Buyer beware!!!!!
