Pros: Works well on sand and silt. Fairly easy to use.
Cons: Not so good on cleaning up leafs. Small inlet nozzle. Not huge vacuum power.

Summary: I got the Pool Buster Max Commercial Grade (CG) on Ebay, it was nearly brand new. I used it once so far. My pool, after winter in California, had some small tree leafs and a lot of sand/sediment on the bottom. I tried the Pool Buster Max on the ... read more

Pros: Quick and easy pool cleaning with no hoses to drag around!
Cons: Does not pick up fine sand from pool bottom.

Summary: This self contained vacuum attaches to your strainer pole. Charge it, put it in the water, turn it on and you're in business. It is designed to work in the pool while it is on so don't turn it on and leave it out of the water or leave it in the water ... read more

Pros: When it worked it was handy and easy to use.
Cons: It is poorly made and does not last any time at all.

Summary: I was severely disappointed by this product. It worked for about a month (six or seven uses) and quit. I found the internal wires all corroded and fixed them. It worked one more time and quit again because the battery will not charge. It is now an

Pros: none - it isn't useable
Cons: the inlet is too small (about 1")

Summary: The inlet is too small to vacumm any debris ... it gets stopped up by items such as very small leaves.  Since the bag is too coarse to filter out dirt, it doesn't really do

Cons: It stops taking a charge after only a few uses.

Summary: I purchased this product for use at an indoor year-round public facility.  The first one was purchased in August 2008, it would not take a charge, we were promptly sent a replacement.  The replacement unit has stopped taking a charge (after
