Pros: Cooks evenly, controls flare-ups, looks really nice, Weber customer support. Cons: None that I have found
I bought this after 10 months with a terrible Kenmore. I had (and still have) an older Weber Silver "A." This new S-320 has stainless steel grates and flavorizor bars. I grill 3-5 times per week. Assembly took several hours but wasn't hard. ...

WEBER GRILLS RUST!
by ashoulders ,Jun 25 '09
Pros: They used to be quality products. Something bad happened. Cons: They now use cheap Chinese steel with fillers.
I spent $1100 on a new Weber Genesis 320 model at my local Ace Hardware store in April. I went on a 2 week vacation in May and left my grill under my covered patio completely out of the moisture and under its Weber protective cover. When I took the cover off, it was COVERED with rust on all the “stainless” steel parts. I called Weber and they said to send in a photo and they’d forward it to their engineers. Didn’t sound promising, so I called Ace Hardware. They put me in touch with their Weber rep who didn’t seem at all surprised that I had rust. He said he’d come out and replace the parts, but of course I never heard back. DON’T BUY WEBER!! Something happend since I bought my first grill in 1998, and it’s not good.

At Last A Handsome Stainless Grill That Works!
by chirper62 ,Feb 15 '07
Pros: Attractive appearance, easy to ignite, heats quickly, cooks evenly. Cons: haven't found any yet.
This grill replaced an expensive Jenn-Air stainless grill we had for only two short years. We are thrilled with it. It ignites easily, heats up quickly, and cooks evenly. It has wheels around on our deck easily and in any direction you push or pull it. The S-320 is a handsome grill. My husband put it together easily in one night. It has a nice sized cooking surface too.
I ordered this grill from amazon.com. They were weeks late in the delivery and their delivery truck damaged an ornamental tree in my yard. Something to think about before you order from them!

rust
by sxl209 ,Nov 18 '09
Pros: great grill. very even cooking and tem control. Cons: crappy ignitor, rust all over in saltwater environment, support takes forever to deal with problems
Bought the s-320 a year ago and it is rusted in a number of places. I do live in a shore salt water environment and when I contacted weber warranty info they told me they would not replace it because this will happen over and over again. Supposedly a check for a refund is in the mail and they will pick up the old grill. I don't know what to do at this point, I thought I bought the best grill that would hold up in this environment, but I guess not. Anyone have any suggestions on what kind of grill won't rust out 2 blocks from the ocean along with a good warranty just in case, or should I just buy another weber every year or two and go through this? P.S. This process has taken months and still no check as of right now.
