I bought this grill off Amazon (free shipping!).
I put it together in about 2 hours. Not too difficult, but a socket set definitely helps as the tool they provide isn't very good.
I was missing one of the left from trim pieces. They actually put two right pieces in the box. Weber is sending a replacement. No big deal since I can still use the grill without it. I would have been more unhappy if I had to wait to use the grill. They should have better quality control on that kind of thing.
I am very satisfied with the grill and would recommend it to anyone. It is worth every penny.

Excellent grill. Easy to assemble, heats up fast,I got it up to 600 degrees in about 15 minutes and is a very easy to use. I previously had a CharmGlow I bought 2.5 yrs ago, and it is shot.Rusted from the inside out. I cleaned it but there was nothing inside to protect the burners. I would not recommend this grill if you cook out regularly. I grill everyday no matter what. It is worth the extra money you will spend to step up to a WEBER. The warranty alone is worth it.
