This book doesn't get put away--it's never stored with the rest of my cookbooks. Deservedly, it stays right out in the open where I can browse it at any time. It's the type of cookbook that can inspire you to plan your next meal even before you're done ...

The back of this book mentions that it has more than 365 recipes (1/day for a year), and I have yet to find a bad one. I have easily tried 75 of these recipes, and most of them have been classified as fantastic by our guests. In fact, they are so good that I probably would have tried them all if it were not for repeating the ones we liked so much.

The book contains quite a few stories about the early days of selling weber grills, and obviously has a slant to those who own a weber. While I have no problem with this, since I own both a silver gas grill, a weber smoker (both excellent products), but some might find it a waste of space. In addition to that, there 60 pages of beef, 40 pages of pork, 15 pages of lamb, 15 pages of game, 50 pages of poultry, 40 pages of seafood, and additional sections on sauces, appetizers, sides salads vegetables and desserts. While some of the vegetable recipes are good, this cookbook is definitely focused on beef and pork.
