I bought this machine several months ago and I just completed assembly this evening. Oh no...wait I have another defective part that I need replaced. That means I get to call tech support again (during day hours) and argue with them that even though it's past the 90 day warranty...I need a new part to complete the assembly of something that I bought over 90 days ago and haven't been able to use yet. I sure hope when I do use it...it works well considering the ridiculous and unreasonable amount of hours I had to inventory everything, label parts myself(since they aren't labeled) and then assess what parts were missing or damaged upon shipment. Oh yeah...then there's the stopping assembly every time something is missing and wait 2 weeks for some parts to start over again. Enjoy!!
