I got this modem free after rebate for bundling my services with Bellsouth now owned by AT&T. The modem is only 4"x4" and it weighs ounces. It has an Ethernet socket and USB socket w/cords for easy connection to your computer. The modem also has lights that show you the activity of each of the line connections between the computer (Ethernet or USB) DSL and power. The modem connects fast and is so small that it can be placed anywhere with out taking up too much space. This DSL Router also is DSL2+ capable allowing for even higher speeds than some other DSL routers. Over all, I love this new modem. It's fast, easy to use and set up and reliable.
