Pros: Large Capacity, Automatic Water Level Sensor, Lots of Wash Cyles to Choose From. Cons: Hmmm, I don't have one yet.

Excellent Washer and thank you Lowes.
by moyer02 ,Oct 24 '09
Pros: Large load capacity, shorter cycle times, many different temperature settings. Cons: None so far (unless you don't like to auto load sensor).
I bought this washer from Lowes at $448 with free shipping and next day delivery. I was going to buy a GE at Sears, but their shipping was not free and it was two weeks out. (Say goodbye Sears)....The washer is big enough to wash a king size comforter. It has plenty of cycles and options to wash any kind of garment. My clothes are cleaner, the cycle times are much shorter, and the energy cost estimate (with gas hot water heater) is only $17/year. It's not whisper-quiet, but isn't loud either. It takes some getting used to the auto load sensor, and not being able to lift the lid after start, but its worth it. Anyway, if you are looking for a good, solid top-load washer, this Whiirlpool is an excellent choice.

Big paper weight

Pros: No yet. Need to get it working first. Cons: Load sensing device failed
Washer was delivered yesterday. Hooked it up and turned it on. Water filled up but stopped as soon as the lid was opened. After the lid was opened the load sensing stopped operating and goes to default max. water level. Machine ran for a few minutes until the rinse cycle and water stopped from flowing into machine. Apparently the load sensing device failed and would not let water into machine. Tried everything but still would not work. Going to return to HH Gregg and get a washer from another manufacturer. I want my 15 year old Kenmore back.
