What happened to Whirlpool Quality?

Pros: A regular dishwasher with different cycles to choose that holds a good amount of dishes.
Cons: Did not work after purchasing and had to wait 2 months for replacement parts.
I purchased this dishwasher one year ago for my kitchen remodel (Whirlpool Dishwasher Model number GU2200XTSB) from Brands-mart.  We were looking for a mid-priced dishwasher that was energy efficient and had a few options for ...
