Whirlpool GS6NBEXRQ (25.6 cu. ft.) Side by Side Refrigerator

Pros: Nice sized, attractive, lots of storage space, versatile, easy clean

Cons: Ice maker problems

I have had this frig for 6 weeks. The repairperson has been out twice for the ice maker. Supply tube freezes and no water fills the ice maker. Looking for another model to exchange.

Pros: Love the sleek design and the on the door icemaker...but that's about all!!!
Cons: Does not maintain proper temperature...Milk Spoils. Bad News!

Have had for 4 months and it has been nothing but trouble!!! Arrived Scratched took forever to get Door replaced. This is ok can happen to anyone.

However, BIG PROBLEMS with temperature control. Have to keep adjusting dials constantly. Condensation everywhere inside the refrigerator, walls shelves, drawers and everything inside the refrigerator...to the point where it drips. Have had at least 3 cartons of milk/cream spoil. If raise temp it freezes up.

Whirlpool says this is normal in summer. I say what do people in Florida do? This isn't normal. I asked most of my neighbors if they have problems with temperature/condensation in their refrigerators on warm days and their answer is no. All have said they have never had to touch the dials on their refrigerators.

Had serviced 2 times coming out a third time this week.
Consumer Reports did not rate the temperature performance well either.

Pros: Pretty to Look at...but that's all.
