This items works and works well - If you are a Sprint User and do get reception outside of your home - this units works wonders - Sprints offers a solution but the Wave unit is costly - you have to have broadband at home - and it hooks up to your own router - so you are giving up bandwidth to Sprint - Also the most important part you have to spend 35.00 more per month - thats just crazy!  This unit works and makes your inside like a small cell tower - all your phones just works! Awesome idea.
