Pros: Quiet
Cons: Worst customer service I ever experienced. Replacement parts not available.

Summary: Cuts okay, battery lif is barely adeqaute to do an average yard. Customer service is non existant. If you call, you'll be on hold for hours. They don't call back, they never respond to emails. the free spool sfor life is a scam. You pay mor for shipping
