Pros: works when nothing else would Cons: takes a long time if your nails are really bad
I first got toenail fungus 24 years ago when I was in high school. I had gone on a two week canoe trip and my constantly wet feet developed athlete's foot and toenail fungus on my big toes. I went to a podiatrist and at the time, there was nothing ...
Pros: A big bottle of gel that lasts for about 6 mos. All natural. Actually works. Cons: Smells like salad dressing (vinegar). A bit pricey, but worth the money because it works.
I bought NonyX two years ago, but never used it consistently. I had six infected toenails. I saw some pink growth, but the fungus quickly returned upon discontinued use. I only started using it consistently, and following the bottle's directions, six months ago. My nails are completely clear and pink with only a slight yellowing at the tips of the toenails. For this reason, I'm continuing to use it twice a day. I can remedy the yellow discoloration with a baking soda/peroxide paste left on the nails for about 20 minutes. I also soak my feet once a week and scrape the keratin from under the tips. If you follow the bottle's directions, it should work for you. I started using it because a friend of mine cleared up his onychomycosis (of 20 years) with this product. His toenails were very thick and deformed, but grew out clear. I highly recommend this product to anyone with toenail fungus. It is well worth the 20 dollars you will pay for it.
