Cons: Useless machine even more useless after sales service
Total waste of money

I saw this machine advertised on the Internet and thought it sounded
good, that was my 1st mistake. It arrived quickly but didn't work. I phoned customer services and they said they would phone me back that afternoon. 4 days later still no call, 16 times I called them then they told me to send it back. a week later I got a call saying machine was ready and to send them £15 return postage I had already paid to send it back.
it arrived back and jammed right away and needle broke. I have sent 11 emails to them, as usual no reply. Oh yes I can send it back for a refund but they do not accept the free gifts that come with the machine that's deducted from the price. I have now bought a Toyota SL3304
and it's a dream to work with.
