    Pros: A safe harness for the no-neck breeds.  Made in the U.S.A.
    Cons: If left on continuously, will abrade hair.

    Pros: Economical, light weight, easy to use, secure fit, highly effective.
    Cons: Dog hairs stick to synthetic lambskin fabric.
