Mini Wonder
by citacom ,Jun 30 '09
Pros: Stylish, compact, user friendly, and consistently produces a good loaf. Cons: Limited number of recipes provided.
After considerable research we purchased the Zojirushi Mini and have absolutely no regrets. It is ideal for 2 or a small family, takes very little counter space, operates quietly, is user friendly and is very easy to clean. It was designed to be both attractive and functional in a limited space. The basic recipes, while varied, are adequate, but not extensive. A little ingenuity and creativity will provide more options. All our loaves have been picture perfect and delicious! It is a wonderful machine, and fairly priced all considered. We would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Small Household Dream
by bevjack1 ,May 07 '09
Pros: Timer, ease of use, ease of cleaning, takes up little space. Cons: Internet recipes not widely available for mini machine
This is a terrific machine for a household of one or two people. It is easy to use, easy to clean and makes delicious bread. I only wish I had gone for a bigger machine because there is a shortage of new recipesfor the mini machine, but I am learning how to adjust the 2 lb. recipesto 1 lb. by comparing them to my manual's recipes (which is full of many breads, pastas, cakes, etc.) Recently turned the Raisin Bread into Cranberry Bread by adding 1 tsp of vanilla, and using the dried berries instead of raisins. It got raves at a get together last Sunday. I'd recommend this machine to anyone who doesn't have a large family to feed. Oh, and it has a timer so the machine can work while you're sleeping. Luxury!
