Pros: good story with lots of action and interaction of characters from the different series Cons: some characters seem to be portrayed inaccurately
My review of St

Trek V: The Final Frontier is titled "Shatner's Ego Trip". Apparently, his ego needed another vacation. In the movie St

Trek: Generations, the proverbial torch ...
Pros: Riveting novel, a real page turner. Cons: None
Space. The final frontier. . Any fan of the immensely popular science fiction series Star Trek is more than familiar with these words. But is space really the final frontier in the Star Trek universe? It seems not. Having conquered the...
Pros: Great Imagination Cons: Characters stranded in between chapters.
At the end of Star Trek II - The Wrath of Khan, Mr. Spock dies saving the U.S.S. Enterprise and its crew. This death really made me cry my eyes out, and I couldn't really fathom that Spock had really died and would not be in any more episodes. However,...
Pros: Mildly Interesting Concept
Cons: Does not get the "voice" of many of the characters, Ridiculous overall plot
In the "Star Trek" universe, Captain Kirk is dead. He died in the film "Star Trek Generations" and since then, the character has been dead. Except in the novels. Apparently, the only way to get celebrity William Shatner to write a "Star Trek" novel ...
Pros: Entertaining Story, Kirk's Last Hurrah Cons: Contradicts Star Trek "facts"
I need to clarify some things:
1. William Shatner makes an entertaining Captain Kirk. He overdramatizes everything, which most Trekkies and Trekkers (Trekkies wear the Spock ears and speak Klingon, Trekkers just like the series) either love...
Pros: An excellent read and not too long Cons: it is by William Shatner
An interesting story of adventure, mystery, action, dimensional travel and Drama. I have to admit that at first I was a little skeptical about reading a star trek book let alone a book by William Shatner(who I happen to considder somewhat of a hack). But...
Pros: great story line, leaves you hanging -and wanting more - chapter to chapter Cons: a few errors are made in the telling
I love the Borg, as I am sure most Trekkers do!
I am not going to go into huge amount of detail about the book because you can read any one of the eight other descriptions, or even the jacket of the book, to get a feeling for the basic plot....
Pros: Great story, nice to read, exciting plot. Cons: Some facts are not correct with the Star Trek-history.
This is not my first book of Wiliam Shatner that I have read. Maybe he is an better actor then author, but I love to read his books about the Star Trek Universe anyway.
===== Story =====
At the end of "Generations" Kirk dies and his...
Pros: The Return of Kirk Cons: Kind of a Dumb Way To Bring Back Kirk.
The story takes place right after Generations and is a TOS/TNG crossover. Kirk is brought back to life by Borg nanoprobes from the help of the Romulan / Borg alliance. He is being used to do evil around the galaxy. I know that William Shatner and the...
