Pros: Good unit for the money
Cons: When it breaks, you're screwed. VERY little help from company
Summary: We were happy with the unit. It worked perfectly for a year and a half until my 7 year old accidentaly hit it with a toy. It broke the main drive gear for the VCR. Calls to Philips for a replace part were futile. We don't carry replacement parts but ... read more
