Good overall camera - Especially for the price. It is a mystery camera of sorts. Have not been able to find any docs on RCA or Thomson.

Battery is kaput. Won't take a charge. Still on the search for a replacement and hopefully an external charger.

Other review said $$80+ - Ouch! Not unusual for camcorders. Let me know if anyone finds one!

Until I sort out a replacement battery, I'm a little hesitant to recommend a purchase.
