Pros: In a class all of its own. Not too many around in good condition.
Cons: Amount of maintenance required. Needs constant loving care.
The Bottom Line: It's a great car, but you need to be prepared to invest - time and money. Not for the faint of heart!

Pros: Excelant handling, upkeep reasonable for a Porsche. I plan on keeping this one for a long time. There aren't very many 944s in my area of the country.
Cons: none. This is the best model of Porsche. I plan on buying a Boxter next, but will keep my 944. I have been offered to trade it in by my dealer, Dean McCrary Imports here in Mobile, Alabama, but he hasn't convinced me to do so.
944s are one of the best models ever to come out of Germany. Porsche should still have a version of this size automobile. I have owned two of them. The present one is dark blue. I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere in the world. I have owned this...
