Pros: its fast, reliable and handles great Cons: bad weather driving, blind spots The Bottom Line: If your after '90s style muscle that is fast and inexpensive, this is your ticket
The first time I ever say the '90 GT that I now own was in my uncles garage. He showed me this beautiful red Mustang with new 5 spoke rims and an exhaust system that sounded like it would make even angels sing. I never thought that it would one day be ... read more

Pros: Power, Roomy, Good Stock Sound System, 5.0 responds well to modifications, aggressive styling Cons: Squirrely rear end, heavy handling, heavy car The Bottom Line: Overall recommend, but not recommended for people with long commutes, or people looking for a practical car for use in many types of weather.
Ok first of all this car is not the ideal daily driver. It is a muscle car and it's main purpose is to thrill. It's definitely not the most practical car and all mustangs are infamous for their squirrely back end. Any car with a short wheel base, ... read more

I bought a 1990 "Wild Strawberry" (what was Ford thinking with that color) Automatic 2.3L Hatchback Mustang with a little over 100,000 miles when I turned 15, three years ago. I had two choices this or a Geo Metro... I'm happy with my car. I have done ... read more

Pros: Fast from the factory, inexpensive to repair and modify, cool looking ride. Cons: Not the most comfortable ride, can get loud on road trips (depending on exhaust). The Bottom Line: This car is the perfect fit for anyone wanting a fun, cheap, fast ride, with a definite "cool factor" included. Have fun!
I've owned my Mustang for 6 years and I really enjoy it. It's paid for, so I don't have to worry about a car payment. It's a 5 speed, so "in-town" driving gets old, but once we get on the open road, WATCH OUT! Fun and exciting are the two best words I ... read more

Pros: Super fast for a early 1990s production car, Light weight, Price. Cons: Ford could easily have made this engine produce 300HP and still pass smog regulations. The Bottom Line: If you don't have a lot of money to spend, but want a car that will get you from point A-Z faster than most other cars, this car is recommended.
If any car deserves the credit for bringing back American muscle car performance it is the Ford Mustang 5.0. Though the Mustang was available in a variety of styles and trim levels, the enthusiast who wanted the most bang for their buck ... read more

Pros: Fast, reliable engine, great acceleration, good handling (compared to an SUV) Cons: poor handling (relative); what traction? poor fuel economy; High insurance premiums. The Bottom Line: A great cruiser for dry roads. With a little money and elbow grease can outperform cars that cost four times as much.
Hey, it’s fast and looks good – what else could you want? Hopefully, not handling or braking ability. True to muscle car tradition, the last variation of the Fox platform Mustangs were designed to go fast in straight lines and to turn heads, not ... read more

The Bottom Line: You want good quarter mile times in a car that needs constant maintenance? This car will be fine. You wanna canyon carve in a reliable machine? Get something overseas.
Through a bizarre series of family events, I attained my 1990 Ford Mustang 5.0 LX hatchback for free. I had just got my license a week ago, so I was thrilled to receive such a legendary car as my first car, and completely for free. I mean, you're a 17 ... read more

I bought this car on a summer day, I was driving to work, looked over and saw it sitting on the dealer's lot. Emerald green, white top shinning in the sun, I fell in love. I pulled in (in a 1989 Camaro). Looked it over, took it for a drive, ... read more
