Pros: Ride, Torque Beast, Style, The back top comes off, 351Windsor motor, Seats Four!, 4x4! Cons: Only 200HP, Prone to leak oil, Sound System, Only 200HP... Did I mention only 200HP? The Bottom Line: Big, powerful, reliable blue oval at its best. Watch for rust. Overall an excellent purchase if the body and undercarriage are free of moderate rust...
I must say when Ford quit making these trucks in 1996 they lost a family member. I recently aquired a 1992 Bronco with 115,000 mi on it, and to my suprise not a spot of "red death" ( rust ) to be seen, even the underside was "cancer" free! What a ... read more

Pros: Space, off-road capability, power, looks fuel economy (for a 4x4), safety, strength Cons: Embarrassing interior quality, harsh ride, fuel economy (overall), location of fuel door The Bottom Line: Especially for the money, this is a vehicle that you simply cannot go wrong with. Its combination of safety, strength, room, and capabilities are gone from today's more road-oriented SUV's.
I bought a '92 Bronco Eddie Bauer Edition in early 2005, in preparation for a move from California to Texas. I not only wanted something that would haul large amounts of heavy cargo the entire 1900-mile distance, I also needed a 4x4 vehicle to help with ... read more

Pros: Towing Capability, comfort, power, 4x4. Cons: Gas hog. The Bottom Line: Check this out - you won't be disapointed (unless your looking for something to pick up the kids after soccer practice).
This is (in my opinion) the greatest sport-ute ever built.
In my book, a "sport utility" is defined as a vehicle that can be used in a mud-pit off-road as well as it is towing a large camper trailer. They are not meant to be people movers or ... read more

The Ford Bronco is the definition of large sport utility vehicle. It a big mean looking truck that won't let anything get in its way. The O.J. Simpson trial may come to mind when you think about this truck but dont let that discourage you it is a ... read more

Pros: Large vehicle with lots of room for the family. Cons: Low gas mileage in a time of expensive gas, and backseat access. The Bottom Line: I would recommend this vehicle to the person who can use the room of a larger vehicle with out the extreme size of some SUV's out there.
We purchased our Bronco over a year ago now and enjoy it alot. It has been very reliable, though with only 32K miles on it at the time of purchase I wouldn't expect otherwise. Needing a 4X4 in the area we lived in it was a great choice for us, with the ... read more

I just want to say that I've had my 1992 4x4 XLT fullsize Bronco for 4 years now and I love it. I couldn't ask for anything more in a vehicle. The first thing that sold me on it was the intimidating appearance of the thing. It looks mean! The ... read more

I got my Bronco as a 16th birthday present. The trans has been rebuilt twice, the intake plenum gasket was blown and the O2 sensors were destroyed after there was an oil leak. Other than that, it's a nice ride. My only concern, as a high school student,
