Pros: The best in class & virtually unchanged for 32 years. Cons: Must be 25 years old to import easily; limited choices for insurance The Bottom Line: The ultimate off-roader. Hummers may be "like nothing else", but they were beat by Pinzgauers.

Pros: can drive through/over almost anything Cons: slow, bad a/c, high maintenance
The hummer is good for turning heads. Droves of people want to know what it is and where you got it and how much it costs. This is part of the fun of having it and also part of the downside. Some days you just want to be left alone and you can forget...
