Pros: Reliable, powerful, and a solid value. I swear this car will run forever. Cons: Small back seat. Some plastic in the interior can wear out. The Bottom Line: You could not possibly go wrong with the Integra. I am thankful that as a 20 year old I bought this car, it has been with me ever since.
I got a 93 Integra new (back in 93) and was my first big purchase. Back then I was the envy of all my college buddies. Well, I am all grown up now and guess what I am still proudly driving? Yup, my faithful Acura Integra which now has 235K miles on ... read more

Pros: Quick for non-vtec, great styling, affordable, and great platform for modification. Cons: Low redline, lack of LSD, rear seat (who cares?), and jealous looks. The Bottom Line: If you are looking for a weekend racer and high school parking lot dweller in one, this is the car for you, others need not apply.
The DA series Integra is probably the best generation to own: Its quick, lightweight, and can carry 5 guys. Its basis for modification is popular yet not overplayed (yet!). It has formidable acceleration for a car w/o an LSD and finally, it is fast, I ... read more

Pros: Fun factor, reliability, performance, handling, value, fuel efficiency Cons: Small fuel tank, wind noise, cramped rear seat The Bottom Line: A great car: There are many pros and few significant cons. It is very difficult to get a sporty car, that is efficient, reliable, and a great value.
I bought my '93 integra sedan as my first car in August 2000. It instantly caught my eye, after I had looked at many cars on about 8-10 other lots. After some bargaining, we reduced the purchase price to $9,200. The car is in excellent condition and ... read more

I may never own a car with the character and reliability of my dearly departed 1989 Acura Integra hatchback. When I was 17 I begged my parents for this car, and luckily they gave in.
In the two and a half years of owning this vehicle I only ... read more

Pros: Fun to drive, great gas mileage, easy to maintain. Cons: Uncomfortable on long trips, not the best air conditioner around. The Bottom Line: This is a great sports sedan with true performance in a four cylinder engine. It seems to be bulletproof in its ability to withstand hard driving and high mileage.
First Impressions
This epinion is not on the '93 model, but on the '88 instead.

I got an 89 Integra RS, and don't want another car unless it's another Integra. It's small and sporty, what more can you want. It's got a 1.6-liter engine and has 118 hp. This might not sound like a lot but I can beat a V6 Thunderbird in it. You would be ... read more

I'm 19 years old, and purchasing my first car outright. After breaking down 3 times in a 1992 Chevy Corsica that I had just bought from a dealer, I brought it back to find my future infatuation sitting on the lot: a 1991 Acura Integra LS Hatchback. ... read more

I didn't buy my Acura Integra used, but it's really, really used by now. In an age when most people don't keep their cars more 2-3 years, mine is hanging in there for it's thirteenth. I hope you will forgive my comparing it to a pet... maybe a cat, ... read more
