I have always enjoyed driving big cars. I have written one opinion telling about my beloved Mercury Grand Marquis. As I stated in that review, when the Mercury finally broke down and we thought it beyond repair, we purchased a 1993 Lincoln Town Car. ...

Pros: Size, ride, engine Cons: Transmission needs refinement
If you think this car is just another HUGE car, maybe its about time you gave this vehicle a second thought. At 18, I have to admit, its a car that I didn't want to be caught dead in because of its reputation as an old person's car. Its true that most of...

Pros: Luxury, safety, quality, convenience and low cost operation. Cons: None
Many question the value in buying a used automobile. I purchased my current 93 Lincoln Town Car in 1995. At that time, it had been driven 38,000 miles but appeared to be in excellent condition. I was able to purchase it from a Linclon dealer for about...

Pros: Comfy, space everywhere, cheap, smooth, and good handling, that's right! Cons: Everything else fall apart except the running part. The Bottom Line: I just LOVE it! To me this is the USofA: big, strong, flawed, real and with style of its own. Love or hate, but never ignore.

Got it second hand in 1997 for $16,000 out the door, with only 40,000 miles on it....

Pros: Comfy, even on long trips; good (better than 20 mpg) gas mileage Cons: older models: none; new ones, UGLY!
I need to preface my remarks by saying that I am currently the owner of a "classic" body style, '93 Lincoln Town Car.
I titled my review of the '99-2000 Town Car as I did, because I cannot BELIEVE Ford took an absolutely BEAUTIFUL...

Pros: Engine is quiet, comfortable, and dependable with springs Cons: It has a lot of problems when it has a lot of miles
When I dad purchased his 1993 Lincoln Town car it had 250k. Now it has about 350k miles. The engine is quiet but right now the car needs a whiper motor. This Town car is very dependable but the AIRBAG SUSPENSION broke while driving a passenger. One thing I like is the Overdrive. This car also has full power.I also like that it almost has 200 horsepower. Now I want 1997 Lincoln Town car. My car has cotton and leather on the seat. I paid $2,100 but it was for a good cost.
