Pros: Build, ride,engine Cons: Dealers
My parents bought a V6 camry back in 93. After owning a Nissan and a Honda I have to say this is the best car by far. The 93 to 96 share the same platform as the Lexus ES300. It has the same engine, transmission and brakes. The only thing it doesn't...

Pros: Reliable, powerful, good brakes, quiet, comfortable, Cons: Bubble shape, pedal parking break, squeaky suspension The Bottom Line: I'm sure it would be roomier if I weren't huge.
I purchased my 1993 Camry V6 LE in May of 2004 for about $6,000. It had 74,000 miles on it. Powered by a 3.0L 24V 4Cam V6 (3VZ-FE) with an automatic transmission featuring Toyotas Electronic Transmission Control (ETC). I expected the car with a ...

Pros: absolute beast of a vehicle, beautiful exterior, great moonroof Cons: might have to settle for a newer camry - less majestic but still insanely high-quality The Bottom Line: The Camry is the best value in cars today. And a 1993 version shows people that you're serious about automobiling.
This car was a beast. My 93 Camry hit signs, missed oil changes, broke down because I didn't put engine coolant in during the summer, ran into bushes, survived multiple faulty radiator installations by the mechanic, and still lived eleven years before ...

Pros: Large, quiet, comfortable, economical, good looking, good visibility, Won't let you down. Cons: Very light control feel, 4 cyl. engine might not be enough in the mountains. The Bottom Line: This model will go down in history as one of the best ever made. Even at 12 years, this is a good looking, comfortable, reliable car.
I've owned my Camry since new with only one insignificant accident (I installed the fix myself!) and would take it on a cross country trip today. It has 140,000 miles. The 4-cyl. engine/transmission combination is excellent for moderate hills, and city ...

Pros: Roominess, quality, power, comfort, reliability Cons: front brakes, gas mileage, lack of ABS The Bottom Line: Pricier than similar sized cars but mechanics agree that they last forever if properly maintained. If you need a starter car, get the V6 and drive it to death.
I "inherited" a 93 Camry LE V6 from a relative in 2000 and paid a symbolic 500$ for it. The car now has 98K miles on it and still performs flawlessly. I enjoy the powerful acceleration of the V6 everyday, it also saved me a few times from getting rammed...

Pros: Reliable, Best-Selling Car, Ergonomic "Bubble" Shape Cons: Ergonomic "Bubble" Shape
Think back to 1992, 1993, when the Camry changed from a solid box-shaped car to the infamous bubble shaped one. Soon, everyone had one (usually in white, or black or emerald green) and it became one of the best selling cars in America. Why? Simply...

Pros: Reliability, speed, comfort Cons: Toyota Dealer Service
The superb engineering and reliability of this car make it the best car we have ever owned. My parents bought our 1993 Camry brand new in Dec. 1992. It is a good car with more power than you'll ever need and it has tons of room. The quality and...

Pros: Safety, reliabilty, quiet ride Cons: Not enough road feel The Bottom Line: If a safety, reliability, and a soft smooth quiet ride are your priorities, the Carmy is the trouble-free way to go!
Upon graduation from college in 1996, I was given my parent's 1993 Toyota camry (since they upgraded to now 2 Avalons). It had 60,000 miles on it and after a long 3,500 mile road trip throughout the United States,it worked without failure at its new...

Pros: Love the sun roof Cons: could use a better way of defrosting windows, only complaint
I bought the Toyota Camry, I now have, 6 years ago. It is the greatest. The only thing I have had to do with it thus far is wash it, wax it, grease it, and change the oil and tires. It is the best car I have ever owned. I now have 129,000 miles on it...

Pros: Very roomy Cons: None so far
I bought my 1993 Toyota Camery four years ago at this used car lot not too far from my house. I had a 3 cylender Chevy GEO Metro that was on its last leg and was in need of a car that was bigger and more dependable. I had heard about Camery's from many...

I own a 1993 Camry station wagon V6 LE. I am deaf and my aunt-in-law owns an auction in Alabama. For the first time, I tried to bid on this beautiful Camry and everyone has my attention. "How can a deaf man with his interpreter (wife) do this...

Pros: looks good especially with tint. Cons: read the review. The Bottom Line: If you get a Camry, don't get the SE version unless its a manual transmission.
I had a '91 Camry DX, and I absolutly loved it, but it had some rust, so i wanted a car that looked a little better. I saw a '93 Camry SE V6, and I said to myself this car is going to be exactly like my 91, just bigger, newer, and more powerful. It has a ...

Pros: excellent safety record, comfortable feel, easy driving car Cons: none that I can think of The Bottom Line: You cannot own a better car -- unless it's another Toyota Camry.
This is my second Camry that I have owned. It is a wonderful car. It has a lot of get up and go for only a 4 cylinder engine. This Camry has a lot more room than you would think. We have a friend who weighs over 300 lbs., and he can fit easily in the...

Pros: Reliability, smooth drive, low maintenance, nice looking Cons: Can't think of even one! The Bottom Line: Toyotas are great cars and the Camry has never let me down--I highly recommend it.
I am the 2nd owner of my 1993 Camry LE sedan. I have had it for nearly 8 years and it has been a very reliable car. I had an older model while in college, then bought a Ford Explorer ("exploder"), then came back to the Camry because of the exceptional ...
