Pros: There isn't much this truck can't do. Cons: Wish I had an extended cab and standard transmission. The Bottom Line: I would definitely own another of these, as long it is from one of the southern states. Great to work with great to drive.
My husband has been doing clean-up work after hurricanes and other major storms for the past three winters. For some reason he feels the need to purchase "southern vehicles" on his little ventures. First off, since he has nothing to drive when he gets to ...

Pros: Roomy, Powerful, Comfortable, Durable Cons: Drinks a lot of gas, Driver's leg area small, visibility The Bottom Line: Not for most people but if you need a lot of room or have a special need, this can be an economical choice.
Teenagers! You just cant keep em down. Our son is growing and now his head is about to scrape the roof of our Chrysler Voyager minivan while riding in his wheelchair. The time has come to upgrade our vehicle. We visit a disabilities ...

Pros: Reliable, strong, safe, good looking Cons: Bad gas mileage, parts are expensive
I bought a Dodge 2500 4x4 with the V10 engine in June 2000. It came with the SLT package and the long bed. The SLT package gave me everything I ever needed in a car plus more. I sold the car after one month, in July 2000. Here is why !

Pros: Looks, mileage, and features Cons: none
I bought my Dodge truck used in Dec. 1997. I had a 1988 S-10 Blazer that I traded in for it, and was as glad to get rid of it as I was to have my 'new' truck. There were only two on the lot, a long-bed, and the the one I bought. I was in love with it...

Pros: Looks, Offroad abilty, and style. Cons: Bit of a gas hog.
I own a 1994 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4, it has a 5.9L(360cid) Magnum V8 fuel injected engine, with a 4spd automatic transmission, regular cab, and short bed. Well first things first, before my Ram I owned an 89 Dakota which had 175,000 miles on it when I traded...

Pros: Power, ecomomy, comfort Cons: Transmission noise
The most surprising purchase of the last 10 years was my purchase of a 1994 Dodge Ram 2500( 3/4 ton) 4x4 pick up with standard cab powered by a 5.9 l Cummins Turbo Diesel. A six cylinder power house. Compared to other diesel trucks it is not the most...

Pros: rugged, powerful, sharp Cons: high gas and part prices
The 1994 Dodge Ram 2500 Magnum V10. This truck has been my urban assault vehicle for just over two years and all i can say is WOW! (both amazed and appalled)
Let us begin with the positive. The Dodge Ram lives up to it's reputation for ruggedness...

Pros: It is like a deep sea ocean tug Cons: 2 wheel drive in winter
side window defrost The Bottom Line: Buy it you have use for it. This is not a toy. It is the real McCoy!!
I am in the business of moving horses. I have used several different rigs in the past, Jimmy, Blazer, Suburban, Ford 150, and Chevy 2500 350 V8. The 94 Ram 2500 V-10 is the truck that beats them all. This rig will pull a four horse and you would not...

Pros: engine, interior, smooth ride for a truck Cons: gas mileage, love it or hate it design (not as if that's a bad thing)
I bought a Dodge Ram 2500 XLT with the 360 V-8 (2WD) about 3 years ago, used. It had 70,000 miles on it. Normally I would never buy a vehicle with so many miles on it, but I knew the previous owner. He hauled long sheets of glass for his custom glass...

Pros: Still packs an innovative look, hard to kill. Cons: Rough ride, some maintenance difficulties The Bottom Line: With it's durability, quality parts, and comfortable- roomy ride along with the power, I would recommend this truck to
all pick-up men and women.
I own a 94' Ram 1500 2wd. With a strict routine maintenance
schedule (oil change, transmission etc..) my ram has ran "cherry" even now with 114,000 miles. There are a lot of pro's to this truck, however, it's got it's downsides' too. Comfortable...

Pros: Large Cabin size. Cons: Lots of recalls. The Bottom Line: I would recommend this for frequent travelers.
We have two vehicles and no...this isn't my pick to drive! I would rather drive our SUV that we have. It is a good truck though. We bought it new when they came out in 94 and other than recalls it hasn't had any problems. Ours is fully loaded with every...

Pros: Good for mudd bogging Cons: tranny
The Dodge Ram 2500, in some ways a very good truck! But when first bought you'll find the stock suspension very stiff even for a truck. The Tires are slightly smaller than it should have and the transmission sometimes slip if you are really running the...

Pros: Next to my 69 Coronet, the best vehicle I've ever owned. Cons: None! The Bottom Line: Up to 94 one of the best trucks on the road.
Well for those interested in older trucks now, though I'd add this. I bought my 94 3/4 in 1995 1 year old with 15,000 miles. Newest and most expensive vehicle I'd ever bought. But at $19,000 compared to the new 95s at $26,000 for the same truck, I ...

Pros: Comfortable ride, safe, handling ease, quick release seats, gas mileage Cons: Have to be a contortionist to adjust fr. seats, non-stop repairs, water leaks The Bottom Line: The ride is good, everything else needs to be re-designed & re-engineered. Get ready to spend a lot of time in the shop with this one.
Would love to meet the engineers on this one - obviously they never spent much time in a van. There's no way you can adjust the front seats without sticking your head between your legs to the point of no return. You have to take your eyes completely...

Pros: powerful, reliable, comfortable Cons: poor gas mileage
I bought a Dodge ram v-10 back in 1994, the second they came out. This is by far the best truck I have ever owned in my life. The only drawback is the gas mileage, 11 miles to the gallon is not the best. This truck has amazing power, more than any...
