Pros: Reliability, 4.6 smoothness and rev-ability, styling, comfort, build-quality, leather seats, overdrive, value, 27-28 mpg hwy. Cons: Air suspension, handling, poorly-engineered headlights, low torque, rear window/rubber molding combo, needless gizmos. The Bottom Line: Absolutely the best value of all the luxury sport coupes. You owe yourself a test-drive. Read the forums and know all the pluses and minuses before you buy.
The '93-'98 Lincoln Mark VIII represents the culmination of chief designer Jack Telnack's aerodynamic era at Ford, which dated back to the 1983 Thunderbird. As such the car has a drag coefficient of 0.33 and stylistically still has a contemporary and ...

Pros: Power Power Power Cons: Premium fuel required
The 1994 Lincoln Mark VIII is the best car I have ever owned. It is expensive when brand new, but if you buy one that's 3 to 5 years old, you can get a great deal. Lincoln makes a fine product and they stand behind it with the best service departments...

Pros: POWER, Luxury, price Cons: Many gadgets that can go wrong! The Bottom Line: I love this car and if you search for a nice one that has been taken care of you will to!
I have to say this has to be the best bang for the buck for cars now a days! With performance cars going for 30,000 dollars and any luxuary performance cars going in the range of 50,000 its no wonder modern people (especially car crazy teenagers) just...

Pros: Power, luxury, price, great look Cons: Expensive repairs
Own it about 2 years. It has great look for car from 90s, great 280HP 4.6L engine. Enough to get 0-60 by 7 seconds stock. There is great web-site www.markviii.org. There on forum you can find answers for ALL technical problems.
For 10years old car it runs great and it was enough cheap (bought it at 2002 for $7K with 69K miles in great condition).
I have 14/22 MPG (others have 18/25 and more). Usually it's about 230-330 miles on 16 gallons of Premium.

Pros: Performance, Classic Styling, Luxury Cons: Non-replaceable rear window moldings that ripple over time
Classic styling, great performance and fun to drive. I plan to keep this car for many more years to come. I've loved these cars since they were new and haven't changed that opinion yet. Own both a '94 w/52k miles and '97 w/ 104k (Gen. I & II)just to have one of each. Only valid complaints are the bonded rear window moldings that ripple and the "dealer only" parts and repair costs. Luckily, they're well built and don't have many problems. I prefer full sized V-8 rear drive coupes and the Mark VIII is a perfect match in every way.
