Pros: Great power, Very comfortable seating, Fantastic handling, Overall great ride!
Cons: Upkeep is expensive.
The Bottom Line: This is a great option for a used car, but do your homework and have the car checked out to see what has been fixed and what could be coming.

I recently got the itch to buy a nice luxury car, but didn't have $40K to spend. I started researching BMW's and found numerous owner web site to help answer my questions and narrow down the list. I finally test drove a 1994 5 series and while the drive ... read more

Pros: Can find a great price, looks much newer, all it's supposed to be.
Cons: Cost of maintenance, repairs.
