Author's Product Rating: 10 Recommended: No

Pros: Sleek appearance, average mileage, smooth ride
Cons: Transmission issues in this model, replacement parts impossible to acquire
The Bottom Line: I definitely do not recommend this vehicle! It is a constant pain and will only bring you suffering. Ask any mechanic. Stay away from the Chrysler Cirrus!

1995 Chrysler Cirrus Then this is the vehicle for you! Although this vehicle has both a pleasant exterior and interior, the deep interior - that is, under the hood - is a constant problem. I bought this vehicle in 2005 as my very first car. I needed ... read more

Author's Product Rating: 40 Recommended: Yes

Pros: Nice styling, decent performance, good handling, fairly comfortable on trips
Cons: Brakes are very undersized for weight of vehicle.
The Bottom Line: A decent car if one properly fixes the brake problems it has. Performance and handling are good. Overall I wasn't disappointed with it in business use.

A 1995 Cirrus was the first of 2 Chrysler "Cloud" cars that I owned. I picked the car up used with ... read more

Pros: Good car, when it is running right. Good looking car!
Cons: Poor transmission with very pricey solutions.
The Bottom Line: I would only buy this car if you are rich and looking to waste money on parts.

I was in a bad situation at the time I purchased this car. My 1992 Ford Probe's engine blew and I needed a car terribly. The Chrysler dealer turned me on to the 1995 Chrysler Cirrus he had sitting in the lot. It turned out that I could afford the ... read more

Pros: Heats up well in the winter, looks nice
Cons: Horrible car
The Bottom Line: Unless you are leasing and can get away from the thing after a couple of years don't buy a Chrysler!

After my 1990 LeBaron I should have learned my lesson. I am a college student, though, and I can't afford to be picky. Last year I saw this car for $4800 and I thought "what a steal!" Not so. The second day I had it it died. It overheated 5 times ... read more

Pros: Can be comfortable to drive and looks pretty.
Cons: ROAD NOISE!!! Bad brakes!! Transmission trouble!!
The Bottom Line: I beg you, save your money and buy an Accord or Camry!! Maybe if Chrysler loses enough money they will stop making junk like this.

Okay, a little backstory about our 95 Cirrus. It belonged to my brother-in-law who bought it as a program car. It was OK until it hit about 50,000 miles. Then the brakes went bad, and the road noise which was already highly annoying got even worse. Since ... read more

Author's Product Rating: 50 Recommended: Yes

Pros: Great car, comfortable smooth drive, nice options
Cons: None yet
The Bottom Line: Great for someone that wants a smaller luxury car. As a college student the 4 doors is awesome!

I bought my car used about a year ago, and I have had NO problems with it yet. I have only done the routine oil changes. The car runs well and has had nothing wrong. There are a few recalls, but nothing major. It is such a comfortable car to ride in. ... read more

Pros: Good commute car
Cons: Not that comfortable back seat

My Chrysler Cirrus has been pretty good to me. It is reliable, gets pretty good gas mileage on the freeway, and has a lot of room for all the groceries my kids eat. I think that this is an ideal commute car since it has good gas mileage on ... read more

Pros: handles nicely, roomy

After my wife totaled her old Toyota celica a few years ago. We needed a new car. We look at all the mid-size cars like the Honda Accord, Ford Contour and the Mazda 626. We settled on one of the New Cloud cars for Chrysler, the Cirrus. It was ... read more

Pros: Power, turning radius, handling.
Cons: Maint, expensive, visibility.
I bought this car with 100k on it for $2500k. I was really hoping that it would last the 2 years I had left in college. I was sooooo wrong! When I bought the car the previous owners had all maint records and when I drove the car it was smooth, and
