Pros: Sophisticated Style, Luxury Features, Refined Performance, Reliability Cons: Rear Seat Entry, Interior Design The Bottom Line: A stylish, attractively priced contender that is fun to drive
My sister purchased her 3.0 CL coupe about 3 years ago. I have to admit that I was jealous. The CL is simply a great looking car, inside and out. The luxury features on the car are really nice and the VTEC V6 sounds great and has plenty of power. Sinc ...

Pros: Very nice sporty coupe Cons: Still expensive compared to a regular car
A very nice sporty coupe indeed. I drove this the TL 3.0 for a while before realizing Acura has created a marvel of a machine here. The 200hp 3.0l engine produces a little over 200ft/lbs of torque and can get from 0-60 in a little over 6 seconds....

Pros: Horsepower (200 ponies), Style, Dependability, Reliability! Cons: Spare Tire is puny! The Bottom Line: I love this ride and would recommend it to anyone that doesn't live near me because I don't want you to be like me. =8 )
This is the second car I have ever owned with my first being a '92 Honda Civic DX Hatchback. I loved my Hatchback for it's size and cost, but it was time to move on to bigger and better things (150,000 miles). I knew that I wanted another Honda, perhaps...

Pros: smooth, stable, gorgeous Cons: none
As someone who "grew up" in the car business (my dad was an auto sales and leasing professional for nearly 40 years), I've ridden in and driven more than my share of vehicles. My current car -- an Acura 2.3CL -- is far and away my favorite. ...

Pros: na Cons: na
I opted for the 2.3 model rather than the 3.0 because, driving so many miles a year, I was concerned about fuel economy. (You'll never see ME driving a gas-guzzling SUV!) I honestly do not miss the extra power. At better than 150 horses, the 2.3...

Pros: Powerful Engine, Options, Sound system Cons: Expensive Maintenance
My husband bought me this car for my birthday, we traded in a 1996 Acura Integra that I thought I loved. This car was incredible. I was most impressed by the powerful 3.0 V6 engine. I was in a sales position that required me to drive around in heavy...

Pros: Nice look, Good pickup, Sun Roof Cons: No folding back seat, options are slim
I got this car for a couple of reasons. First, I needed a new car, my old Mazda was giving out. Second, it was the only car that came close in my honest opinion to the Mazda MX6. It is nice, comfortable, sleek looking accelerating machine.

Pros: It's an Acura. Cons: little awkward automatic transmission The Bottom Line: You will not regret it, and you'll be proud of it.
1998 was a very memorable year for me. I graduated from graduate school, got a decent job even though I was still working during graduate school. I drove SUV by then and I really enjoyed it, except the high fuel cost at a tight budget. With a typical...

Pros: Fast V6 engine, sporty and comes stock w/ many options! Cons: N/A The Bottom Line: I recommend this car to anyone looking for a sporty, powerful coupe.
After driving a SUV for a couple of years I decided to make a change and purchase a car. As many people may know SUV's are not the most reliable vehicle which is why my Chevy spent more time in the shop than on the road. Since I did not want to make the...

Pros: Powerful engine, value, options, reliability Cons: Handling, service from the dealership The Bottom Line: Great value considering price & performance as long as you don't expect a great handling car.
I have now owned this car for just over 3 years and 75k miles.
It has only been in the shop for oil changes and very little routine maint.
This is the first "old-man's car" I have ever owned but I must say I am impressed with the overall...

Pros: The car is great Cons: none
Usually cars don't have great suspension, but this one does. This car is great for taking the family on road trips. I know because I take my family on trips all around the country. The car gets great gas mileage which is also a plus. I mean what can I...

Pros: Nice looking. Good gas mileage. Cons: Transmission, transmission, transmission. The Bottom Line: I've never hated an inanimate object so much in my life!
As stated earlier, transmission, transmission, transmission. Hard shifting, late/early shifting. This car will give you whiplash when it shifts. I know 4 people with this car (including myself) and 3 of them are getting rid of it simply because of the...

Pros: $30K car for less Cons: power windows are weak
I must say I enjoy my 2.3 CL, and never in my (now) three years owning it have I felt remorse or regret having purchased it. My reason for choosing the 2.3 instead of the 3.0 was strictly for price. I really wish the 2.3 had the upgraded sound system at...

Pros: Fast, responds excellent, nice features, a comfortable interior, great sound system, climate control.
Cons: Back seat space-expected however
I bought my '98 Acura CL 3.0 from a dealer this year after trading in a '95 Jetta (worst car I ever owned).
So far, I love my Acura. The first car I bought out of college was a used Acura integra, which I loved, so I was excited about going back to my roots.
The car is fast. Responds excellent. Has nice features a comfortable interior and a great sound system.
Leg room is OK in the front seats. I'm 5'11". I take 4 hour drives regularly and I'm very comfortable.
The car has enough testosterone for a guy and is cute enough for a women.
