Pros: Power, handling Cons: Interior materials and instrument binnacle height The Bottom Line: Needs to be either sportier, more luxurious, or both.
With my father in the market for a luxury sedan, we had to look at a BMW. They win nearly every auto rag comparison test, after all. What we found is that our preferences differ from theirs. Since the other top contenders were the Lexus GS400 and ...

Pros: lots of room, fast, Cons: expensive
there is so much room in the back seats that you could fit almost anything in there. this is one of the best cars. it has a V8 engine which pulls like a V12. it is nice and big but not too big to look like a cadillac. the trunk has so much room that...

Pros: Fast, powerful, luxurious -- a true pleasure to drive
Cons: Expensive, gas guzzler that's difficult in tight places
The Bottom Line: Great car; buy one if you can afford it.
Ever since I bought my 750iL I have been in heaven when driving locally and on the open road. This 12 cylinder, 7 series BMW gives added acceleration and a true sports car feel that you just can't find in other large luxury cars.
At first, I...

First a little context for my review… Over the last 22 years, I have owned 5 BMWs. My first was an eight year old 1969 1600i (the little brother of the 2002). I spent all summer rebuilding it and getting it ready for college. Unfortunately, I...

Pros: great handling and speed for a larger car Cons: Costs a lot
My best friend owns this car. And I would advise if you want to buy this car, buy it about 1-2 years old. It's a smart idea because the price is soooo much lower and the quality is still the same. The BMW 7 series hasn't changed much. I mean there is...

Pros: V12 power, fine handling, fine ride, racing friends :) Cons: Size can sometimes be a problem, and mpg leaves something to be desired. The Bottom Line: If you are a tall individual who is just starting out in the high end market, then BMW provides a decent V12, as well as fine control and comfort.
A little history first, I was a 16(now 17) year old who wanted to get a Jaguar for his first car. So I went to the dealer and he first looked at me as if I was an idiot because I was a kid asking to drive a 70K+ dollar car. Well he changed his mind,...

Pros: GREAT EVERYTHING Cons: Can be a little long
The 7 Series incorporates both worlds of the Sports Car, and of the most comfortable car you will ever be in. One minute you can be hiting the accelerator with for head pinned against your seat, and the next you can be going strait down the highway with...
