Pros: Smooth, well equipped, solid Cons: Awkward cruise control, flimsy cup holder, opening window during rain gets you wet. The Bottom Line: A few bugs but a fine car!
I bought my Aurora used about a year ago - it had almost 30,000 miles on it.
The vehicle has been trouble free although the dealer had to replace the A/C o2 sensor before I picked it up.
This car handles well at all speeds, and as another ... read more

Pros: Dead sexy, well appointed Cons: might be too tempting, fragile The Bottom Line: Sweet, sweet car, with all the nice extras and all the power you could use.
So that last olds I drove was my friends '87 88, and I just looked at it as another big American car. Drove alright, looked like a T-Bird, doors way too big, and so on.
My dad bought this baby from an Olds dealer about two years ago and my ... read more

Pros: comfort, handling Cons: judging the sloped front and rear while driving/parking
This is not my father's Oldsmobile. Actually, it's my Mom's. Whenever I get back home to the east coast, I use this car to jet around town, head into Manhattan, or drive up into New England on a longer trip. I certainly have no complaints.

Pros: Excellent. Has timeless styling, luxy, comfortable ride, and hopefully the V8 will run forever. Cons: Stalling was frustrating, so why doesn't GM make the fix more readily available?
I just bought a 98 aurora, 124,000 km, and it is in mint condition. The day I picked it up from dealer, I got about a mile down the road, stopped for a traffic light and it stalled. Did it again in a drive through lane, and several more times the first

I bought my 1998 Aurora in 2000 with 17,000 mi. While under an extended warranty, at 27,000 mi, the rear engine/transmission seal had to be replaced- $1,000. In 2001, at 35,000 mi, a pulley failed. In 2002, $900 for an intake manifold that cracked and

Pros: This car is like a Caddy or a Lexus. I love it... Cons: ....except when it stalls.
I bought my Aurora used 2 years ago. I love this car and its appointments, but there is a problem with it that is shared by many other Aurora owners. The car stalls at full stop after running for about 5 minutes. I have been to 3 different dealers
