Pros: Stylish, Great handling and real fun to drive
Cons: Somewhat underpowered and the seats need work
The Bottom Line: When you compare this car to others in it's class (M-B SLK, BMW Z-3) there is no comparison, the Boxster is the clear winner.

Pros: Great exterior shape, good handling, great transmission
Cons: Generally poor ergonomics, insufficient power
As the owner of a 911 SC, I thought I'd be in for quite a treat when I recently had the occasion to take an extended test drive in a 98 Boxster. I'm a little disappointed to report that the experience left me feeling a bit underwhelmed.

Pros: Relatively low price (for a Porsche), excellent handling and brakes, convertible.
Cons: Power is adequate, if not stunning. Convertible window is plastic and scratches easily.
The Bottom Line: A bargain Porsche, with most of the latest technology, razor handling, and reasonable power.
