Author's Product Rating: Product Rating: 5.0 Recommended: Yes

Pros: Large, great ride
Cons: sucks gas, lacks power

The Chrysler Sebring Coupe is a very comfortable and luxurious car for its price range. The car is the sister car to the Dodge Avenger. I have a friend who calls it a baby Lexus. The car comes in two models - LX and LXi. The LXi has nicer interior...

A Stratus Dressed Up For The Prom

by mkramer

Author's Product Rating: Product Rating: 2.0 Recommended: No

Pros: Sexy skin, Japanese mechanicals, lots for the money.
Cons: Bad tranny, cheap interior materials, leaks, rattles, general crapiness.

Twenty five grand is the automotive null-zone when it comes to fun for anyone who needs four real seats. Sure, you can saddle up a pretty nice Camry or Accord for that price. Well built, comfortable, quiet. But unless your idea of fun is accidentally...

Author's Product Rating: Product Rating: 4.0 Recommended: Yes

Pros: Fast, easy to drive
Cons: Poor visibility

The Chrysler Sebring Convertible is a beautiful car that is very quick indeed. The roof is easily opened by a small switch in between the seats and is very warm in the wintertime. It also has an autostick, which means you can drive it like an automatic...

Pros: you get a lot of looks...
Cons: not a lot of room in the back seat

Recently while vacationing in Las Vegas I rented a Chrysler Sebring. I had no idea what to expect but let me tell ya, it was the greatest car I ever drove! At home I have an SUV so being in a car that sits lower was hard to get used to, but once I got...

A smooth little ride

Author's Product Rating: Product Rating: 5.0 Recommended: Yes

Pros: Nice ride, classy style, safe.
Cons: Perhaps a bit short on the luxury.

I bought this car because well, the old one was paid off and I had the money and decided it was about time. I looked at a ton of different makes and models and almost wound up with a used Corvette instead. In the end though, I really felt comfortable in...

Author's Product Rating: Product Rating: 5.0 Recommended: Yes

Pros: Roomy, Stylish, Great Car
Cons: None

This is one of the nicest convertibles I have ever driven and ridden in. Along with being extremely stylish and having a great engine, it is one of the roomiest convertibles there is. Unlike other convertibles that have back seats only large enough for...

Nice, but too big

by Nmargolies
May 14 '00

Author's Product Rating: Product Rating: 3.0 Recommended: No

Pros: Looks nice, Handles nice, Rides nice
Cons: Too long, makes it very windy in the back and a bit pricey

The Chrysler Sebring looks cool and is a convertable. That's why my family rented it. It's looks can be slightly deceving. The longness of the car makes the back seats very noisy. I also think that Chrysler should have put in another door because...

Not Bad for a Non-Chevvy

by Walkere

Author's Product Rating: Product Rating: 4.0 Recommended: Yes

Pros: Lots of room, decent speed, nifty look
Cons: Touchy handling/accelerator
The Bottom Line: This will never live up the standards of a muscle car fanatic, but your average driver will be ecstatic. It's a speedy, sleek ride that won't give you any trouble.

I'm a Chevvy man myself, but my dad purchased a new Sebring a couple of years ago. That was right when I had gotten my license and before I had gotten my car, so naturally I drove it around - I'm not going to complain!

I was surprised to find...

Middle Age Crisis

Author's Product Rating: Product Rating: 5.0 Recommended: Yes

Pros: fun!!!!
Cons: gas mileage is 20-24 mpg

My middle aged crisis occurred when I rented a Sebring while on a business trip. After two days of tooling around in the mountains of New Mexico I knew I needed this car for my own.
Of all of the convertibles that I looked at the Sebring had the...

Author's Product Rating: Product Rating: 4.0 Recommended: Yes

Pros: Great value, better than expected quality, Fun Fun Fun
Cons: Weak brakes. Still wondering if this is too good to be true

I decided to treat myself to a convertible this year. I have turned up my nose at "American" cars for years now, preferring Volvos and Saabs. I looked long and hard for the perfect convertible and assumed it would be the Saab. At the last...

Author's Product Rating: Product Rating: 4.0 Recommended: Yes

Pros: Good looks
Cons: Could be more comfortable

I originally purchased this car because I thought it would be fun to drive. It certainly turned out that way. The car is good looking and sporty. It handles well and is comparatively good on gas. Chrysler offers roadside assistance should the car...

Author's Product Rating: Product Rating: 5.0 Recommended: Yes

Pros: The entire car.
Cons: I couldn't think of one to save my life, besides having to take it back.

I had a little car trouble with my latest beater-mobile (an '81 Buick Skylark) recently. I knew it was pretty bad trouble when the passenger side hit the ground with a deafening thud, and I was passed by the front passenger side tire, which to this very...

Pros: Stylish, Zippy V-6, Fun
Cons: None

I just purchased a Sebring JXi and love it. I also love the price that I was able to get on this car. Since this car is very popular with the rental car agencies, you can get a great deal on these cars when they are one model year old. In the fall of...

I rented this car on our last trip to Block Island. I'll tell ya, I felt like a million bucks while driving around in the sun with the tunes cranked and the wind blowing through my hair but MAN am I glad I didn't purchase this car.
